Present for someone?

I need to buy a present for someone who has helped me - just a token really but I don't mind how much it costs. I don't want to buy food or drink - if I really can't think of anything then that's what I will do but I want to buy something thoughtful only I don't have any thoughts! The friend is male but very much just a friend. I would welcome any suggestions. Thanks x

Does he have any hobbies he might appreciate something related to?

Or ever mentioned a favourite plant? Or author? Maybe a favourite of yours you might like to share with him?

I know you said no food or drink, but I use 'Biscuiteers' quite often for thank you's? Excellent quality and fabby tins to use afterwards 😁😁

Thanks! Actually I would go for something like biscuiteers - looks better than a packet of hob nobs!

So actually any other suggestions of nice food and drink would be appreciated. I don't want to just buy a bottle of wine.

Chocolate brownies by post
Posh ice cream delivery like Jude's
Selection of new books in a genre he likes
My DH really likes Bendicks bitter mints and if someone bought him a box of those he would be chuffed
