And slightly tipsy. Vodka and coke turned into vodka and Fanta fruit twist as I ran out of coke. Its really nice.
I'm a bit tipsy.

Unfortunately not because I'm 6 months pregnant but I love day drinking! Nothing better than a few afternoon drinks, ideally in a nice city bar, then food and home to bed for a reasonable time. No hangover the next day!

I've nearly finished cleaning the whole bloody house. DD is being picked up to go to a party in 10 mins. DH and DS are out at the park.

I would join you, but the pinot noir went down exceptionally well last night so I'm nursing a hangover. Currently munching my way through 3 price reduced sandwiches I found in the Tesco garage. Rock and roll 🤟

Aaah I’m with you in spirit (pun entirely intended). I really love a bit of day drinking but alas, I have to be a responsible parent given I have my three month old asleep on my chest 😂

Dh and DS are waving the Catan box suggestively (you need three players for it) so I’m about to pour myself a very large gin and go play board games.

I love day drinking!! Unfortunately I've hot 5 weeks old DS and toddler DS, so no chance of that happening, but have fun!

Only just slightly too early for me - counting down the hours til 6pm when I can pour myself a cold drink - it's been a long week!!

I will be day drinking tomorrow as going out with my adult kids for a boozy lunch (Driver doesn't drink) for my birthday which was Friday.

If I started day drinking today I may not stop until late and then would not enjoy tomorrow. Today will be dry as I drank quite a bit on Thursday (out with friends) and yesterday.

@GaiusHelenMohiam I'm very envious. Currently at work (on a break) so no day drinking or playing Catan for me but when I'm off weekends I love sitting with my gin in the middle of the day playing Catan!!!
