Funny old day. I was supposed to be meeting friends for breakfast but wasn’t feeling well plus had a rotten night & a row with DH who ended up on the sofa 😥 The place we were going to does great breakfasts too, with the best fried eggs I have ever had! Had to message the company about their mushrooms though as they’re supposed to be closed cap but last time we were given tinned.
DD13 has been school refusing but it’s looking promising for her returning on Monday. I went for a foot X Ray to ( hopefully) rule out rheumatoid arthritis. Really been suffering with the pain, particularly first thing in the morning. Looking forward to a nice tea of garlic & rosemary lamb rump steaks with roast new potatoes & fine beans.

Anyone?

Just snuggling with my 3 year old triplets before the bedtime routine

Been to hairdressers today, dog walk at 4pm, then sausages and mash for dinner, now watching The Chase. Long soak in bath later where I like to read. Seeing relatives tomorrow for a Chinese meal, which will be nice.

Hope you've had a nice tea @CurryLover55 . And 🤞 for your DD going back to school. I went through similar at her age so do hope all works out well.

I've not managed to do the work I was supposed to today. Fed up of my job but hanging on because I work with great people/get paid well/good benefits. Had a zoom call with a good friend so that was nice.

Had a lovely pie for dinner, am drinking wine and have ordered donuts for the kids. Hoping just eat can assign a driver soon!

We’re suffering after our covid boosters here so we’re having a night of TV, I’ve summoned up just enough energy to make lasagne to heat up later on. Going to catch up with a few friends on the phone/online too. Definitely going to pour a glass of wine. Out to town tomorrow for a nice meal and a couple of drinks so looking forward to that, hoping to feel much better after a good night’s sleep!

My dog was put to sleep today. I'm feeling really sad..

Very tired after an overly intense week at work. Then had to clear out a huge dead rat thanks to the cat who thinks it's fun to bring them in as toys, just fed the dc and now enjoying a large g&t and a play on sm.

We've just got in from a wander to McDonald's, and then Lidl, down the road. I've hung school shirts to dry on the airer & poured a glass of wine. I'll enjoy that, then get a shower.

Both girls are watching other people stream Minecraft, on their phones 🙄🤷‍♀️

I'm waiting for an email so I have an idea of the planning for next week at work...it was promised for tonight but doesn't look like it's coming now. If it's not arrived by the time I'm out of the shower, I'll crochet some more of the dachshund jumper I'm making for the dog of a colleague's daughter.

Feeling sorry for myself as on my period, got a hot water bottle pressed against my stomach and waiting patiently for my little one to sleep so I can sleep too..

Trying to convince my 9 and 6 yo to go to sleep. We are all in my room sleeping this week as DH has covid and we are keeping separate until he tests positive and giving him time to rest. He's CEV but triple jabbed so will hopefully be ok.

It's been a strange day, not sleeping so I feel like I'm in a daze. I also work full time and my brain is fried by Friday on a good week. This is something else.

DH have just got back from a quick swim/spa visit - I didn't swim to lazy. Picked up a Macdonalds on the way home

DS1 is at work

DS2 is watching some crap on his phone

Right now - DP watching some questionable shite on TV, DP upstairs doing dungeons and dragons via zoom, I'm on sofa crocheting and on my phone., OK I'm on my phone

Popped into local Waitrose for bleach....a mountain of reduced ready meals etc....bought 16...curry etc for £1.14 each....now organising freezer...also trying to apply to a teaching agency but have questions so will continue on monday as need to speak to some one....quiet day...out for dinner tomw with a friend....
