Do you know any nice and affordable area where I could buy a land and build a house or renovate a house that’s not too far from London for easy commute a couple of times a time?

By easy commute I mean even a distance such as London to Brighton would be fine Not something as close as Luton for instance

Your question is too vague. One of my pet peeves..
What’s your budget? How long specifically do you consider an easy commute? How big of a removation project are you willing to take on? How big a house do you need?

Still far to vague OP. "Even as far as Brighton" people do that commute every day! It's hardly that far. And budget?

And size of property? 2bed terrace or 10 bed estate?

What side of London?

North Beds/Northants maybe? Even south Leicestershire.

Is the commute by train?
