Calculating energy costs - gas boiler vs oil filled radiator (one room)

hi all, i'm a bit lost with calculating energy costs. Trying to work out

I have an oil filled radiator which I have worked out costs me max of 33p per hour to have on electric costs on my current rate. (It will likely be less than this because it goes on and off with thermostat).

My gas boiler heats the whole house and has a maximum power output of 24kw (which I assume is per hour?) at my present rate of 4.1p per kwh would be 96p per hour on max(again heating comes on and off due to the thermostat).

So I assume heating one room with just the oil filled radiator would be cheaper on a day to day basis? than the whole house?

Am I completely out here on the gas boiler KW thing, is 24kw max power thing per hour?

Sorry I am a bit clueless!!
