I’ve just started getting morning sickness this is day 4 and I’m miserable I’ve not thrown up but the nausea keeps me up at night. Any recombinations I’m currently drinking ginger tea.

Toast and marmite helped me with horrific vomming

Snacking helped me when I could face it - I would snack little and often rather than eating meals. Plain chips also helped (not ideal but like my MW said, as long as you're eating something it's better than nothing!) I also bought sea bands from Boots/Amazon and felt they worked. It might just be a placebo effect but I'd recommend them. I had terrible nausea in my first pregnancy right up to 14 weeks, then again at 16-18 and then it vanished! Never sick, just felt terrible. Hope you feel better soon OP

Ugh my sympathies 🤢
I found just nibbling something helped, I couldn't eat anything quickly. Ginger biscuits seemed to make my throat burn when I was inevitably sick.
