Hi all,

According to my app I ovulation on the 20th Jan. I had my peak LH on the 18th.
We DTD on 16th 17th and 19th, do you think we caught it right or did we miss it?

Well obviously I can't tell you if you're actually pregnant or not. However sperm can live for up to 5 days.

Just before or just after ovulation can cause pregnancy. As the PP said, sperm survive for a few days inside you and be waiting to greet your egg as it arrives Grin. Additionally, if you have sex just after ovulation, the egg can survive for about 24 hours too I think, so as I said, either way is fine. Good luck!

Exciting! I loved the TTC days. Best of luck! I think the current advice is to have sex every two days around the time of ovulation for the best chance. Although I'm sure every day won't harm either Wink

I can only go by the 3 times I got pregnant, but before was key. I can literally know this as all 3 times we only had sex once that successful month.

Oh and orgasms help not just him

The months we tried loads of sex nothing, just bad timing.

The thing you can never 100% know with home OV testing anyway.
