I'm not interested in politics because I'm not interested in reality tv.

I really really wish that I could get interested in politics. And that I could back a party with genuine concerns and policies that help people. Wether Center, Left or Right.

For so many years now, I have just felt like I'm almost watching reality TV shows when politics come up on the news.

It's never about the policies! It's about if Boris does this he will be more popular or less popular. If Keir or Jeremy does this he will be more popular or less popular. As if they make really really serious decisions based on how many votes they might get.

It's like the program'Big Brother', except it affects peoples lives.

Every time another scandal happens (which is pretty much constantly), I mute my television when news reporters are talking about it.

I'm sick of it and bored of it.

Sorry, to clarify....

I would just like to hear more about the facts, the plans and policies of the people in charge of our future.

I'm so bored of hearing about their parties and their illicit affairs and their speeding fines and where they send their children to school.

The bbc one and channel 4 evening news is like an episode of Big Brother or Celebrities go Dating or something.

I'm dismayed 😩
