Snack ideas for two year old!

DS was a great eater until this last week when he got a bad cough and cold and has got really picky.
If I left it up to him he would now exist on custard, biscuits and rice cakes so naturally, I am not leaving it to him.
But I’m struggling for snack ideas - meals are ok, but he’s a chunky lad and he has a snack in the morning and afternoon.

So far I’ve got:
Mini breadsticks or rice cakes with hummus
Cubes of cheese with fruit
Yogurt with fruit

He won’t eat crudites/ veg batons. Won’t eat ham. Won’t eat eggs. Fussy with meat unless it’s mince or shredded chicken and doesn’t like it cold.

Will eat toast/crumpets most carb based things but as he has toast in the morning or sandwich at lunch I try to avoid more stodgy carbs for a snack.

I’m a bit stuck for ideas - he really pushes for all the packet snacks since he’s been ill as we gave him more of that kind of thing than usual to get him to eat, which may have been a mistake!

Any other ideas?

When mine were toddlers we used to make flapjack type snacks with oats, cut up raisins (or other dried fruit) and orange/apple juice.

Give it a few weeks Op and I am sure he will be back to being a great eater. Ds 2.5 has become a bit fussy and off since Covid in early January.

If he likes peanut butter, put it on apple slices or as a dip for apple wedges.
Cheese and oatcake.
I make a little mix of cereal pieces, raisins, nuts and a few dark choc chips in a pot.
Homemade flapjack, mini muffin
Homemade small smoothie with Natural yoghurt and fruit or veg with a little honey for sweetness.
Ds is having nothing but babybel, or raisins at the moment as apparently he ‘not like anything else’Grin
