Kindle help

Hi,

Anyone have any experience of a kindle that won’t connect to the Wifi?

I’ve had my kindle for years, and then on Tuesday night it just wouldn’t connect to the wifi. I tried all the steps listed on Amazon (resetting it, wifi on and off etc.) and nothing would work. That kindle was quite old so I thought it was time for a replacement. I ordered the new paperwhite and that also won’t connect 🤦🏼‍♀️ Rang Amazon who took me through the same troubleshooting steps and they concluded it was faulty and they sent me another one….. which also won’t connect…..

Logic dictates that it must be my wifi, but we have multiple stuff connected to it that’s all working fine. Amazon told me to speak to Sky who were adamant that it wasn’t anything on their end.

Anyone have any ideas?!? I’m drawing a complete blank and I really love using a kindle- it’s so frustrating.
