Hoping someone can point me in the right direction here.
My DD has a new IPad which we're still getting to grips with, as we've have only ever used Android to date.
The IPad is set up with my name, contacts etc but she has her own Apple ID under Family sharing.
She's been given an App Store gift card but every time we try and apply it to her account, it asks for payment verification.
There's no credit card info stored on her account so we're kind of going round in circles here.
Any tips or advice on how to sort this would be very welcome, thank you!
