Scammer? Maybe?

I sold an item on ebay and clearly listed it cash on collection only - it's very heavy and large.

The winner keeps insisting I contact him via YouTube or Instagram. Why? For what purpose? I keep saying no, and to arrange for collection as listed. Should I report him?

Block him . People trying to go through channels other than ebay can often be scammers and you would not be protected by eBay t/Cs. Same with people who request bank transfer instead of PayPal

Ok, will do. What a pain! I have no idea re: YouTube, my teen dc think it might be a prelude to offering "mentions" in exchange for a discount. Bah.
