I ordered some things on Dunelm in November. All of them arrived over a few weeks in separate deliveries apart from a cushion.
To be honest Christmas got in the way and I am only just chasing this.
When I go online there is a form and DHL has not tracking information.
It says you can do webchat but if there is no pop up they are all busy.
Other than that there is a postal address.
Is that what I am meant to do? Write them a letter about a missing order. Seems a bit backwards for a major retailer. Anyone know a number?
