Not a movie but I love the Name Game sequence in American Horror Story Asylum. Jessica Lange, Jessica Lange-ing all over the place with inimitable style. It's a hallucination but after some of the bleakest scenes ever it feels like a tiny moment of joy, even if it is imagined.

Apparently the cast all had an absolute ball doing the dance scenes too.

Not funny, but exhilarating is the final scene from Druk (Another Round)
