Am I doing this wrong?!

Posting for traffic…I’ve been recommended a nasal rinse thing for sinusitis that won’t go away. When I do it the water just comes out the same nostril! What am I doing wrong? Any tips?

You basically have to push it as far up as possible, squeeze quite hard, keep your mouth open and it should come out the other nostril.

Make sure you have your head over the sink too
