So I’ve always needed more sleep than most I’m awful on less sleep. Recently I was only getting 5-6 hours not enough for me. So instead of going to bed 1130 or midnight I’ve tried to go to bed at 10pm but finding myself waking between 5-6 as it seems my body really doesn’t want to sleep more than 7 hours but I get exhausted as the day goes on so could really do with sleeping til at least 645. Have to wake kids at 7.
Any tips!
