Lower backpain

Ok I don't have great posture to be fair but I'm sure it's got worse since having a baby, I just spent a good few minutes unable to get out of bed to go to the toilet 🤦🏻‍♀️

Does anyone else have this problem?

I take DD 11 months out in the carrier everyday with the dog and I'm bending down to pick up the ball and throw it repeatedly too.

What can I do to sort this out?

What do you do to look after your core? Pilates would be a good idea perhaps?

Pilates exercises really help me with lower back pain and general fitness

Literally have the same problem. DD is almost 11 months too. Lower back pain every morning.

Some people keep saying the lower back pain was caused because I had an epidural- which I don't believe as I asked the midwives whether epidurals cause back pains later on and they said no.

Try booking a physio who can teach you how to best pick up your baby in a way that is less likely to cause strain too . There are lots of independent physios out there. A quick Google should find an accredited one near you . Good luck with it!
