Get thrush after wearing tights

If I wear tights I usually wear thick ones. I used to be able to find cotton rich which were OK. Now I am getting thrush if I wear nylon tights. I stick to leggings for day time but they don't look great with a dress if I'm going out. Do they cause thrush for anyone else?
I had a look at hold ups but they are more sheer than I wear

I got thrush constantly for years until I stopped taking the pill. Doctors won’t tell you this.

Depending on the type of tights I would cut out the crotch area and wear cotton knickers.

I saw an advert for Snag tights on Instagram where they were doing fake garter style tights, they were completely missing the gusset area as far as I could tell Maybe worth a look?

I'm not on the pill and never get thrush unless I either take antibiotics or were nylon tights
I hadn't considered crotchless so I'll give them a go
