If Cafcass have asked you if you think contact should remain supervised, and they've expressed concerns that the current contact arrangements for DD3 are not in her best interests (currently supervised fortnightly contact centre visits) what would you suggest they are thinking?
Contact is supervised owing to domestic abuse perpetrated by father towards mother AND child.
Court have found facts against father that he's emotionally, physically, mentally and verbally abusive to mother and he perpetrated child abuse towards daughter.
DD3 is having seemingly positive contact in the centre, however there have been some concerns raised in reports regarding his parenting.
Mother and child fled domestic abuse with local authority and police intervention under a section 37.
