Does anyone have any recommendations for a device that really works? Tia

I am no expert in this area but I heard this on Woman's Hour:

Can you try and find a pelvic floor physio in your area?

@MrsGhastlyCrumb

PS my other top tip is to really keep an eye on the 'traffic light' indicator as it's really important to do it properly, even if it messes with your game scores! I'm very competitive but once I started being more disciplined about that I noticed things got better. Also, experiment with the calibration at the start. If it gets the 'wrong' strength reading at the start it does really affect how easy it is to play.
I just bought one after the recommendations on this thread. I've tried all the gadgets so I might as well have this one too.

How often did you use the device?

@MrsGhastlyCrumb Thank you so much - 3 weeks is amazing to see a change. I shall keep going!

well I have just bought one.

feeling anxious and hopeful...

@ItsAllAboutTheLighting about 12 minutes at a time every week night. I should add, that I've been impressed by the improvement for me- by which I mean I felt like nothing would have any effect, and it seems like this is having some. My starting point may well be much lower (or higher perhaps) than other people's so it's hard to be definitive.

Really tempted to also get the kegel 8 now though. Seems like it might be a good combination to try.

Thank you.

Pelvic floor exercises work well for me, I just always always forget.

However, as soon as I put youngest DS to bed, I lay down for half an hour and play on my phone.
This is an ideal chance to get into a habit of adding pelvic floor exercises, so to get the Perifit made absolute sense.

It doesn't arrive until the last day of Jan though, and I'm very impatient 😂
