Anyone stayed in a haunted hotel?

Has anyone stayed in a haunted hotel?
I love ghost stories and the supernatural and would love to stay in a haunted hotel but probably end up awake all night regretting it!
Yes I know most are fake but any stayed anywhere really spooky and can recommend?

Before I knew her one of my friends worked at Coombe Abbey. It had been a monastery and country house. There was one room that guests would regularly check out from early, a few in the middle of the night looking rather petrified.

The offices were in the outbuildings and one room had a trapdoor, the sort hay bales and stuff had been pulled up through. She said that particular room was very oppressive and felt off. She is a massive sceptic but still did not like being in that room.

Abbots Salford hotel near Evesham was spooky. A lot of people have seen ghosts in the reception area and on landings and there's one room in particular where a ghost regularly appears. We didn't see anything while we were there but some members of staff had some great stories to tell.
