Does anyone have Aviva Digital GP?

I started a new job and just passed probation and I now have access to Aviva Digital GP. I've never heard of it before.

Has anyone else got access to it and used it before? What's it like?

I have acne and needed to get into contact with my GP to get a repeat prescription for my acne medication, but as it's not life threatening I've been putting it off as I know my (NHS) GP is swamped at the moment. I was wondering if I could do it through the Aviva Digital GP?

I don’t have Aviva but I do have AXA GP at Hand and you can arrange prescriptions through the service really easily and using a video call. You will want to check the price of the prescription as private prescriptions can be more than NHS, some things like antibiotics can be less.
