If Andrew claims the agreement Virginia signed with Epstein saying she can’t prosecute future potential defendants absolves him from anything , then isn’t that admitting that he is a potential defendant............

PA might be kicking himself now, he's being emphasising that he was not an 'associate' of Jeffery Epstein but his association was with Ghislaine Maxwell.

I cant see how she can sue him if she signed an agreement not to do any further suing. If their is a crime involved then the police should prosecute.

Yes, I think so. that is what immediately stood out when I read the report.

NDAs are reverse blackmail and should be treated as such.
I agree. Equity requires clean hands and NDAs dirty things.

Legally I'm sure it's clean cut if he can prove he is protected under that document. But in reality yes it implicates him, and as pp said there is a witness, a phone man who saw him canoodling.

However, these things can always be argued either way will be interesting to see which way the judge goes.

Apparently UK police dropped investigation into it? Before maxwell conviction.
