We had a lovely traditional roast turkey lunch yesterday then cold cuts, cheese, crackers, salad and chocolate log in the evening. Then today similar for lunch with fruit salad. Thinking we need a change this evening so I'll dig around in the freezer...

Knocking together a pie with the leftover Turkey, pancetta and white wine

Turkey pie, basically turkey and all the leftovers mixed into a white sauce with chicken stock and brandy in it. We are having roast potatoes and peas with it. Usually it would be oven chips but DS peeled so many potatoes for lunch yesterday that I kept some in water for today! I am going to make a winter berry Eton mess for dessert.

Lamb madras slow cooking in the oven now. Bombay roast potatoes, naan bread and chilli & garlic roasted sprouts. I've done a daal for ds2 because he doesn't like lamb. Smells amazing and I can't wait until dinner time!

Ham and pease pudding rolls.

We've just ordered a chippy. Normally have a buffet style tea but cannae be arsed cooking

Leftovers with fried up roast potatoes - we had the full roast yesterday, cheese & biscuits for anyone who was hungry in the evening, I had a Turkey sandwich for lunch but ready for a full (leftovers) buffet tonight! Tomorrow I will want something different so planning a Raclette.

Tomorrow we’re making a pie with leeks and mushrooms to use up the rest of the meat.

Ordered a Chinese! I didn't spend Xmas at home so no leftover bits or it would be that.

Leftover meats with bubble and squeak (and the pigs in blankets I forgot to cook yesterday 🥴).

Bubble and squeak, slices of ham and turkey, pickles, pigs in blankets, random picky bits like sausage rolls, coleslaw, crisps etc

Salmon and veg. I ate soooo much junk yesterday. And the day before. And the day before that... 😂

We had yesterday's left over BBQ'd salmon for lunch, with the left over salads from yesterday.

We're having ham with a massive pile of veg for dinner, at least making half an attempt to eat something healthy whilst drinking loads of booze!

Whatever leftovers I can find.

Bubble and squeak (roast pots, parsnips, sprouts, chestnuts, carrot, swede, bread sauce) with fried egg on top. And left over trifle for pudding.

And stuffing in the bubble and squeak.

We did a joint of pork, a joint of beef and some gammon on Xmas eve. We are having that with lots of different cheeses, jacket pots and baguettes.

Nibbles with a G&T, then crab & avocado mayonnaise followed by rare beef with pickles, and for pudding a creme cheese heart.

And salad if everyone wants it. I don’t

Venison casserole and veg.

All of the leftovers... that's leftover roast ham from Xmas Eve, leftover turkey from yesterday's lunch and leftover sausages & bubble & squeak from today's fry up. There's also cheese, a lot of cheese. If anyone has room for dessert, there's panna cotta from Xmas Eve and Xmas pudding from yesterday.

Roast beef, potato dauphinois and veg followed by profiteroles. Can’t wait!

Yes please :) As long as I don't wake up huge tomorrow! ( although I already am huge)

Genuinely at a loss for what I'm having tonight. My DP is working and we haven't got anything in for him to take either.

I usually have a takeaway on Boxing Day but where we've moved to is almost impossible to get a takeaway delivered to.
