Roast turkey. For complex reasons we had Christmas Dinner with the in-laws yesterday and I'm having a cold roast turkey sandwich with salad and bread sauce for supper. Food of the gods, but for some reason there's always people on MN threads moaning that they hate turkey and only eat it out of habit. Is it because they don't buy Bronze do you think?

@YesThisIsMe ooh yes me too. If it's cooked well it isn't dry, and if it is you can sue the gravy and bread sauce to moisten it

@emmathedilemma whole sprouts taste so strong though? Shredded with bacon and lots of butter and garlic I can cope with though. Whole round little strong beasts I don't like so much

I like blue cheese which lots of people don't like. Not sure I've ever had bread sauce, the idea doesn't appeal at all.

I love bread sauce I make my own and I’m the only one who eats it.
I don’t like cranberry sauce but I do make if for my husband who loves it.

It's the best bit of Christmas Dinner. DH and the DC refuse to eat it but luckily I'm going to my Mum's and all my family love it.
