Often used to think up one whilst stopped at traffic lights on the way to work but have moved and the route has changed so I need a new inspirational place to think them up

One, but only because I have no idea how to name change. It must be easy, pp do it all the time, often within seconds, but it's not obvious to me.

Just checked and I've had 67. Not sure how long I've been on here - at least 16 years I think. I kept the same username for years however it feels like it's too risky now to become identifiable and be recognised by someone in RL or find your thread printed in the Daily Mail. I change my name every few weeks now.

I've banked a ton of GCs and used about 10.

I use my present one 99% of the time.

I NC, and rarely, because a particular post is directly revealing of my RL.

I’ve had 24. I wish there was an option to clear one’s history as I don’t like leaving a footprint for some reason and also would love to clear them all and start afresh!

A few! I couldn’t think of one on the spot when I signed up, so just used my initials and the number 22 because that’s the year I’m hoping we welcome a LO.

Then I decided it was too short/simple - like you, I love a good username! My brain ‘solved’ this by swapping the initials for my first name. Yep, creativity right there.

Then I realised people may think the number was my age (nothing against 22yos, I’m just in my 30s!) and changed it to my birth year.

Then I finally picked an actual username and now it’s this. Yes, after the toys.

About 40 I'd guess. Can't check as I've had accounts through at least 4 email addresses.

I'd love to know if some of the women around now are old names I remember.

It feels much more anonymous now than 10 years ago.

Ever so often I get banned, then I have to make anew account.

Only a few, I use this one always, but change the year on the end, each year. Plus a few name changes for difficult threads, and one or two festive babe changes, but that's it.

About 200, I name change all the time after this site was hacked

On my username history there are 29 names.
Most of them are one off changes to post once using that name as a bit of an in joke on a thread.
There's a few dating back to the Secret Santa MN used to do so we all had a number and went by those on the threads relating to that.
A couple are from when we got hacked and I thought I'd better namechange as I didn't want my front door bashed in, but that didn't last long, someone spotted it.
So since I joined it's been this one , I don't think i could be bothered to namechange and keep up with it.

110 … on this account. Some were accidental though as I was a victim of fat thumbs.

I got locked out of an account I made with a little used gmail email address, no idea how many I had on that one.

I do wish @MNHQ would give us the ability to delete the older names off the list and just show the last 10 names or something (keeping all previous usernames in a separate bit). It gets really messy having such a long list.
