DP and I are looking to cook more in the way of veggie dishes so are looking for a cook book or two for inspiration. We're both pretty confident in the kitchen. Anyone got any good books they could recommend me? Thanks

My favourite is Madhur Jaffery’s world vegetarian. Great if you live somewhere with good Asian shops. I expanded my range of dishes so much, and then moved somewhere really boring where it's harder to get decent ingredients.

Another vote for Rose Elliott. My mum has been vegetarian since the 70s and she is a great cook, she swears by Rose Elliott. I like how she suggests ways to adapt recipes if you don't have particular ingredients to hand.

Bought my vegetarian sister Hairy Bikers Veggie Feasts for her birthday and she really likes it.

Sabrina Ghayour ‘s ‘Bazaar’ is a wonderful book - similar to Ottolenghi but less faffy Grin
