Rash on DD - help please?

Can anyone please tell me what this rash is that’s just appearing on my little girl - it’s just woken her up as she’s saying it’s really itchy. It’s mainly on her arms, but there is also small bit on her tummy & back.

I'd say hives too. My dd used to react to things with milk power in (milk fine!) so took us a while to track it down. She also reacted to a new duvet cover (so excited she wouldn't let me wash it before putting it on her bed.... 🤨). So I'd probably say some residue chemicals on the new jumper. Luckily her rashes would subside as quickly as they came up although we did have one OOH trip when she came up in massive ones but thankfully checked out ok.

If it worsens then I'd call 111

Could well be the jumper, especially if it’s woolly or not washed first. Mine have eczema so I always wash everything as I never know how they’re going to react. Something cool on her skin (but not cold) might help. It does look like hives.
