Does anyone work for Costa? Can you tell me about the latte?

I was wondering what the brand standard is for a costa latte - to heat the glass or to not heat the glass.

I have noticed how absolutely random this is when ordering lattes and just wondered!

Dunno about heating the glass, but the standard of coffee making seems to vary wildly from one Costa to another: basically from quite bad to to terrible. Extremely bitter with a fucked up foam. I actually like the environment and snacks though. But drinks wise just stick to hot chocolate usually which is really good.They're the worst of all the high street brands for coffee IMO.
