What's keeping you awake?

I've managed about 1-5 hours tonight, but here I am. Just having a crap time rn.
For a load of reasons I was already having a rubbish week and now I've got two poorly DDs as well.
Youngest is 13m and still hasn't had her MMR jabs as we've had to move the appt 3 times due to illness. Eldest has asthma and is really struggling with the colds going around (not had covid luckily). She's in reception and has already missed four days of school this year due to it and I think I'll need to keep her off tomorrow to get her seen by a GP.
I've had barely any sleep for weeks due to all these issues - lots of tag teaming being up at night with both children, plus a bit of peri menopause insomnia too.
I've returned to work and I'm really struggling with it - I'm self employed so I can't really just drop balls without missing out financially or losing clients. Managed to miss a very important call today as the brain fog kicked in.
As an aside we're having some issues with our home too which is making me miserable.
I feel like every day is just hard and stressful and the lack of sleep is breaking me physically. DH works nights so a lot of childcare is down to me and I feel like I'm just not coping at all.
So that's the end of my moan.
Tell me about your rubbish weeks....
What's getting on your nerves tonight? What keeping you awake?

Up all night too going into hospital for a biopsy this morning. My kids decided to be arseholes last night and I ended up having a row with my DH. So I instead of trying to relax and rest last night I ended up lying in bed full of anger
