Which house...

Would you choose either...

House A - Beautiful brand new 4 bed detached and have a high mortgage and low disposable income for the next 25 years ( until I'm 75)

Or

House B - 3 Bed semi, needs some tlc but nothing major ( say 15k ) worth of cosmetic work and have low mortgage paid off within 15 years and lots of disposable income.

I am adamant B is next choice but my husband can not decide!

The new build may be detached but I bet it's about 1cm from the neighbour, totally overlooked garden and a garage that only fits a lawnmower in. Not to mention who the hell wants a mortgage up to 75 yrs old
