Bike with stabilisers better than balance bike?

My kid has a balance bike and can do it but she’s not really fast on it like some kids, was thinking of getting her a bike with stabilisers for Xmas as she’s seems bit bored with the balance bike. She’s only 3 , do kids enjoy bikes with stabilisers or is balance bike more enjoyable? And is a 12 inch or 14 inch bike better for a 3 year old?

Mine had balance bike at 3 then pedal bike without stabilisers at 4 (nearly 5).

Scooter is another good way to get the balance skill if not ready for balance bike. You can get one that starts with 3 wheels then converts to 2 wheels.

Balance bikes are meant to be better but DD never took to hers so I’m getting her one with pedals and stabilisers to try instead. She can balance well enough on her scooter, just didn’t get on with having to push herself along on the balance bike with her feet.
