Trying to create a playlist with songs about how things change and the bad times don't last etc.
So far I have thought of the following:

Ronan Keating - life is a rollercoaster
D:Ream - things can only get better
And of course Tomorrow from Annie
Any others? They don't have to be upbeat, or well known. Just something about that good old MN mantra 'this too shall pass'
