Absolutely bonkers shift at work so very glad to be chilling with a glass ( bottle!) of wine & looking forward to Strictly. Feeling tired & edgy as I forgot to put my new HRT patch on this morning. DD12 made choc chip cookies from chilled dough & we have all tried one, purely for quality control purposes of course! Chippy tea which DH is fetching soon, even though it’s my turn. Enjoying watching two of the bunnies hopping round the garden. I got lovely kisses/ nose rubs when I got home.

Pinot I feel your pain. My dd has been watching descendants 1,2 and 3 every day for the last 2 weeks!!! I didn't mind at first, but rapidly going off them now!!
I'm mumsnetting in the front room while dd watches the 2nd one again. My son is gaming in his bedroom. DH is in the kitchen listening to music and playing his guitar. Eldest daughter, her partner and my DGS are in the bedroom watching a film.
The dog is sleeping on the sofa!!

I took ds to a local skateboard park and he tested out his new board. Watching a bit of Strictly. Honestly I think Oti could get in a room adore her and her routines.
Dh is sticking on a pizza for the kids and asking how to do it does he take the plastic off..

DS is sneezing and snotty but no temperature and has just munched his way through a pepperoni pizza. He's pretty cheerful and playing Terraria.

I've spent the day shopping, washing, and clipping the creepers off the front of the house. When I can drag myself off the sofa, I'll go and get fish & chips.

DH's birthday Chinese takeaway and his film choice, Sound of Music. 9yo is constantly asking questions, 13yo is sulking because it doesn't have Ariana Grande in it therefore it's rubbish. 🙄

Steak and chips for tea with a couple of gin and lemonades snuggles with the dog and its all cosy. Bliss.

We’ve had a stressful week so we’re having a lazy Saturday, I had rugby earlier, then rugby tots, apart from that we haven’t done much. Tonight we’re watching strictly, my sons watching tonight (6), and hes actually paying attention and not being completely irritating.

Lazy Saturday. Bf and I are chilling on our bed with iPads, just talking and listening to Ludovico Einaudi (love him). One cat is on the bed with us, and the dog and another cat are on the floor beside us. Lovely

DH out on his works Christmas do (from last year), DS just come in from playing out, having a drink before he gets a shower, I'm watching Lucifer with a nice cold glass of wine.

Smallest 2 DC are in bed. Eldest is in his room doing whatever it is he does in there. DH and 10 year old DS are finishing off their takeaway and watching the boxing. I've just finished a little bit of uni work and now stuck between wasting time on here or getting some ironing done. Doubt the ironing will win...
