How to cook something thats microwave-able only when you don't have a microwave?

Just that really.

I've bought a couple of fresh ready meals and didn't realise that the only instructions on them are for microwaves.

It's a fresh Mac and cheese with mushrooms and kale. Do I just tip it in a dish and put in the oven? For how long though?

Thanks!

It should be fine, I’ve done this. Try a medium-high heat for 20 minutes or so, then test it.

What Phyllis said.

Yes. Just cook until it’s hot all the way through 20 mins at 180 or something.
