Where do people go to pick them? My 90-yr-old Dad's favourite pudding is bilberry pie, but you just can't get the jars any more.

Beacon Fell in Lancashire used to be good

Has Krakus stopped doing the jars of them? Because that would make me sad. My grandfather used to have a pantryful outside the season when I was a kid. I also grew up within striking distance of the peak District and loved fresh ones.

He lives in Lancashire, so we should try that.
I’ll try Krakus again, but sadly I think they have stopped.
