Dr. Susan Forward - Men Who Hate Women and the Women Who Love Them.

Most of the ones I would have recommended have been mentioned - Do No Harm and The Outrun particularly.

I also loved The Salt Path by Raynor Wynn.

So I stayed up to re-read When Breath Becomes Air, still produces tears, an amazing, beautifully moving title.

Alistair Campbells new book How to live better about his depression is very good.
I also love books about the Resistance in WW2- The Women who lived for Danger by Marcus Binney is great- profiles of amazing women.
