Smelly belly button ...help!!!

Does anyone else have a smelly belly button? 😭

I didn't know I did but before my shower after the gym I wondered what the smell was... identified it... WTF 🤢

Surgical spirit on a cotton bud. Wipe and then discard bud. Do this twice a week. It may sting a little to begin with if you're particularly sore, but it soon passes.

After every shower I wipe my belly button out with a cotton bud dipped in neat tea tree oil, and then dry it with another clean bud.

I used to have a stinky soggy belly button but this regime seems to have sorted it right out.

Also, re belly button piercing, give it a squeeze, like apply pressure from the bottom hole and push upwards, some stuff might come out.

I haven’t worn any jewellery in mine for about 15 years, but it hasn’t totally healed and it gets stinky stuff in there. It pushes out like a little snake of white paste 🤮
