Does anyone else have a child that sucks their tongue while they sleep?

I just wondered if anyone else had a child (nearly 6) who sucks them their tongue while they sleep?
She does proper breastfeeding type sucking with flutter sucks etc as though she is actually feeding!.

While it is kind of cute I am worried she will shape her teeth somehow oddly!

Yep my 6 year old does this, also does it when she is relaxed or tired. I am also a bit worried about if it could affect teeth but not sure what you can do about it.

My 12 year old still does this! No issues with her teeth at all.

Yes my son the worst one I'm so worried,,it beginning to affect this facial expression。 If there's any specialist that see for this situation in Hong Kong, please recommend...
