What does ‘Telegraph’ mean on a bank statement?

I’ve just had a notification on my phone to say £12.99 has been taken out of my bank account by someone or something called ‘Telegraph’. Does anyone know who or what this means please because I’ve never heard of it and don’t know what it is? Does it mean someone has hacked my account?

@NeonJellyBaby

How do I cancel it?! Surely they notify you when they start charging you?!
Yes id think you'd be aware of having entered yr card details, or not! It's aconscious decision. I want this service. Or I dont. Not sure you would forget.

I can see how you’d accidentally subscribe with someone like Amazon, who already have your card details so you just need to tick “yes”. But how the hell do you accidentally give your card details to the Daily Telegraph?
