Hotels in Cornwall

Anyone have any recommendations for hotels in Cornwall, Devon or Dorset? Planning a child free break for next year but not sure where to start!

What's your budget? What style do you like room wise, modern or antiquey? I love Dartmoor, bovey castle is amazing but comes with a hefty price tag, there's othe more reasonable options though. If you want 4 star, pool etc but on a tighter budget I stayed in east Devon, can't remember the name but by Woodbury common was a while ago though
