I should be tidying up/ cleaning but it’s very hot so I’m sitting with a glass of Rose instead. DH is going out to work for a couple of hours then we’ll have tea ( battered fish, chips & peas). I might go out in the garden with the bunnies.DD12 is holed up in her room as per. Looking forward to lunch out with DM tomorrow. We haven’t done anything like that for ages, partly due to Covid & partly because DM hasn’t been well enough. Going to a lovely pub in her village.

When I finished work I trimmed my bush (big long privet hedge), made pasta sauce with garlic and prawns, and just about to settle down with that and watch the Tour de France highlights on the telly.

Just finished putting 3yo DD to bed, gonna make myself some chicken noodle soup for tea and watch Love Island later. DP is working tonight so have the telly to myself

Been sitting in the summerhouse listening to some music. I fell asleep but woke up with a headache. Now I'm listening to dc 2 moaning about getting in the shower. Dc 1 watching some crap on TV and dh is in bed asleep.
