Nectar points

We've never really bothered / taken much notice and don't redeem them. I've just downloaded the app and properly signed up and had this message :

As of 5th July 2021, you have 121,213 pts worth at least £606.07
So that's a nice bonus . How would be the best way to spend to maximise the points ?

ooh, I've just tried to convert Avios points (I can't use) to Nectar (I can use) which may be successful. Thanks for thread. :)

I used to work for sainsburys I believe you can now use nectar on argos and habitat purchases.
Not sure if they have axed the double up. They didn't do it last year. If you haven't redeemed your points for a long time you maybe possibly have to call nectar to make sure it's activated correctly.

I would also use it for groceries.
