Thunderstorm right overhead here. Anyone else?

And we’re on a hill. Only saving grace is that there are some pretty tall trees about 60m away. Can literally feel some of the shaking through the armchair. Gulp…

West Yorks it was really loud for about 40 mins. It didn’t seem very close overhead as the gap between lightening and thunder weren’t short but the thunder claps were loud and long. Loved it.

It made my house vibrate here in W Yorks. My poor girl cat was terrified - boy cat slept through it.

I'm in north norfolk. Thunderstorm warning on my weather app. We had a storm earlier which consisted of one rumble and a lot of rain for about 5 mins. Totally underwhelming.
