Gearing up to watching the England match, even though we’ll probably lose! DD12 has her bestie round & they’re going to make pizzas for tea in a bit. DH & I having jacket spuds with ham, cheese & salad later. I am looking at a hall full of bags for the charity shop & thinking very hard about putting them in my car boot. DD is having a massive clear out of her room. I spent Sunday afternoon sorting through loads of stuff she’d chucked & dividing it into keep, recycle, bin or charity shop piles. Very proud of her as she finds it incredibly difficult to tidy up & declutter. I have a new pine chest of drawers so need to sort out all my clothes, including my summer wardrobe which is in 2 suitcases at the mo. Our bedroom is like a jumble sale! I tend to wear the same few things to save me having to dig through piles. I know I will feel so much better when it’s done.

One of my three cats has just brought in a half dead mouse into the kitchen whilst I am painting my kitchen ceiling,,, the other two cats have just come in, and all three cats are now just sat staring at the half dead mouse,it looks as though the mouse is going to expire very soon, and all the cats have gone out in the garden again.. So hope to finish painting the ceiling, before I have my meal later.

DH, DS1 and DS2 are watching the football. DD is in her room, probably online with her friends. I'm pottering around downstairs thing about cooking supper.

Been sitting out in the sun with my feet in the pond for the tadpoles to nibble. Very tickly. DH and DS watching the footy. Dd sitting out in the garden reading. Frittata in oven. I'm having a gin but just the one as have a bloody work zoom call at 7

DD drawing a picture “to send into CBeebies”, DH has just emptied our disgusting bin into a skip we’ve hired after raising 4 of our cats kittens for the past 10 weeks and getting overrun with grossness. I am really tired and laying on the sofa building up to bath/bedtime.

Just getting the kids their dinner (homemade shepherds pie). Going to watch the 2nd half of the England game with DH and then get the kids in bed so I can have an early night to get over the stinking cold I caught off DH.

My kids are all stir crazy as we sit inside waiting for the PCR test result of the one with the sore throat and headache. Devices a gogo. I'm trying to finish off an urgent bit of work that I can't do because I need to be granted SharePoint access to a crucial document and the owner has logged off. DH is out at a work event. I'm gloomily contemplating heating up some dull food for dinner. Someone's car alarm keeps going off.

DC are playing minecraft with the background noise of videos of an annoying youtuber called Preston playing minecraft. DH is making dinner. Cats are bothering DH in the hope he will also get them some dinner. I am procrastinating.

I missed the booing - was it England fans booing the German anthem or vice versa?

Our usually excellent broadband is struggling with the football (have to use iPlayer as reception is crap) and DD is cheering on Germany because she likes going on holiday there. Luckily we live in an isolated area.

I'm swearing at the tv for England to stop fucking around and get a goal.

I'm sitting in the kitchen eating salt and vinegar crisps and waiting for the tea to cook.

Dd2 is in her room. Supposed to be tidying but I'm sure that's the last thing she's doing.

Dh and ds are watching the match - dh's dad is German so the Germany flags are out in weegieland.

DH and DD are watching the football, I'm hiding upstairs with 3 of the kittens, my kindle and a massive bag of pick n mix

I'm sitting outside with a coffee as a deterrent against birds pooing on the sheets I've just put out to dry.

DS (9) watching tedious computer game videos on Youtube. DD (13) in her room, probably watching drag queen vidoes on YouTube. DH in front room still working on his software product that he does on his days off. I'm here, posting on MN and making fishfingers for DS (DD has already made her own dinner), and preparing to go to a choir rehearsal.

I'm binge watching crappy horror films in bed and stuffing my face.
Husband is downstairs being held hostage by the cat.
Eldest son is in his room gaming by the sound of it
Youngest son is in his room sulking because I told him he was being an arsehole and I was bloody sick of it.

I'm sat outside having half an hour reading on here and a glass of red.

Our household is waiting for PCR results. I have spent the day on dull time consuming admin bits.
My new foster has taken the PCR well slowly relaxing and therefore very tired.
We ate a veggie roast dinner at lunchtime.
DH is enjoying the break in routine. He slept and read earlier and is working now.
