Need to prepare a PowerPoint presentation for an interview. How do II make it stand out?

I've applied for a new job (work in a hospital) and as part of my interview I will be asked to do a 5 or 10 min presentation on the role. I use PowerPoint a bit in work but want to really make a great presentation and stand out from the rest of the applicants. I really want the job!
Any PP experts out there with some advice? Or any presentation advice in general? The interview is on Teams so I'm hoping this will help with nerves. Thanks!

Put just highlights on the slides and speak from your notes rather than a shed load of info each slide that you just read off of.
Keep it simple, bulletpoints but only 3 or 4
