Never return anything

I've always been fairly crap at returning things but since lockdown and no changing rooms/buying on line, I have so many brand new items that I should have returned and just haven't done.

I've got a spice rack that was too big, a shower shelf that I didn't like when it arrived, and more clothes than I can bear to think about. We're not exactly millionaires and I'm trying to declutter so I really shouldn't be wasting money and space on these things but I just put them to the side and completely forget about them.

Please say I'm not alone!

@DarlingWithoutYou

I don't understand why you'd do this. What a terrible waste of money! It's so easy to return most things now, amazon etc you don't even need to print a label, just wrap up in the packaging it came in and pop to post office!
Usually I've thrown away the packaging. I haven't got spare packaging. Theres only one post office left in a 30 min radius and I can't take that time out of work to go there. I've used the process where they collect for Amazon, but often I just forget to do it. Our items are usually small things for the house though, I haven't bought any new clothes in four years (pregnant, mat leave, covid, WFH).
