Sofology! Is it really that bad

Hi just looking for any opinions. After months of trying to get a free day I finally persuaded my husband to go sofa shopping! We decided on a corner and chair set from
Sofology but since coming home to order I've read nothing but bad reviews about them.

Does anyone have any experience of them? If they really are this bad can anyone recommend somewhere good to get a corner sofa?

Try Alstons for sofas. Mine is 13 years old and still going strong.

I had no idea Sofology had a bad reputation! We got a sofa from them about 18 months ago and we love it - it was a good price and is lasting well so far. It's very comfortable.

A spring in the base of our v v expensive new sofa from Sofology broke within a month and ripped a hole in the cushion. Sofology kept promising to send someone to repair it and they just never showed up, every time I rang them I was on hold for hours. Eventually, months later I was still waiting for them so send the repair guy round and the sofa base completely collapsed, it was unusable , and they still wouldn't accept that the sofa was faulty, I spent hours talking to customer services, they were useless. 8 months after I first complained they finally agreed to credit my order but wouldn't give me a refund. We ordered another different sofa and it took ani tort 6 months to arrive. Delivery date just kept being pushed back, I'd never order from them again.

Sofology damaged my property on delivery and refuse to take any responsibility or compensate. I am going to the ombudsman now. Avoid them
