Absolutely ravenous!

I’m trying to lose weight - enough that my shorts will fit, once I’ve seen the button back on Blush I thought I was doing ok l.
But I’m absolutely ravenous today and every time I stand up I get a fuzzy head and a few seconds of blackness. I’ve eaten 4 slices of brown toast this morning, picked at some cold chicken from yesterday that’s meant to be for lunch today, a couple of squares of dark choc and a cereal bar, had 3 cups of tea and a glass and a half of water. And a pinch of salt. Why do I feel starving, when quite clearly I’m not. Am I missing a particular food type?

1 slice of toast with other things e.g. eggs, avocado, spinach is fine
4 slices of toast with jams or marmalades as well as large portions of carbs later on in the day is what will hold you back from losing weight

I find if I eat breakfast I'm starving for the day.
So way too many carbs.
Have brown bread,scrambled eggs,avocado.
Porridge
Weetabix with Greek yogurt and fruit

And have spinach and kale instead of salad ,much more satisfying.
Mini babybel for a snack.
Skips are only 94 calories a packet

And weigh and count all your calories, everything adds up.

Snacks - protein shake, fruit, boiled eggs
I tried a protein shake with breakfast today. Are they all sickly-sweet? I could only drink a few mouthfuls before gagging.
