The seeds when eating a pomegranate?

I grabbed one at the supermarket and now I’m trying to eat the damned thing. There are seeds & skin & mess everywhere. How am I actually supposed to eat this thing?

You know you can buy them preprepared in a packet? Obs involves plastic but its actually quite economical when you consider how much you get and minus the time saved

You can also buy frozen but it doesn't defrost well imho
